Shayna

Shayna is a Law Clerk at Kimbrough Family Law, where she focuses on family law and is working toward becoming a licensed Texas attorney. She earned her Juris Doctor in December 2025 and sat for the July 2026 Texas Bar Examination.

Before entering the legal profession, Shayna spent eight years in education, an experience that shaped her ability to communicate complex information clearly, listen with empathy, and remain composed while navigating challenging circumstances. She also holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in English Literature and Creative Writing, bringing a strong foundation in research, writing, and advocacy to her legal work.

Shayna approaches family law with the understanding that clients often come to an attorney during some of the most personal and consequential moments of their lives. She strives to ensure clients feel informed, heard, and supported while helping them navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.
