What can I expect from a legal consultation?

Hello, I’m Tycha Kimbrough. If you’re dealing with a legal issue, and you’re ready to set up a strategy session with my office, let me tell you what you can expect. You can expect for myself or another attorney with my firm to sit down with you. And that could be via Zoom, via phone, or even in person, where we’re going to really listen to you and determine what type of issues you’re dealing with. And we’re going to determine how we can help you. So, we’re going to gather important information to really understand what’s going on. And we’re going to see how the law applies to your situation. And we’re going to come up with a strategy, a strategy on what you need to do to accomplish your goals and desires if possible, and then we can discuss how my firm can help you reach those goals and desires. And we’ll discuss the next steps in regard to retaining us. So, what the prices would be and we’ll tell you more about what the process will look like.
