Quincy Sterling serves as Chief Operating Officer of Kimbrough Legal, overseeing firm operations, strategic planning, and performance management to drive operational excellence and long-term growth. He partners closely with firm leadership to align business operations with the firm’s legal mission, client service standards, and regulatory obligations.

In his role, Quincy leads operational strategy across legal operations, finance, technology, human capital, and client experience. He is responsible for building scalable systems, improving workflow efficiency, and implementing governance, reporting, and performance frameworks that support high-quality legal service delivery.

Prior to joining Kimbrough Legal, Quincy held senior executive leadership roles across growth-stage and enterprise organizations. His experience includes scaling revenue from $20M to $150M, improving EBITDA performance, and executing cost-optimization initiatives through process redesign, automation, and workforce strategy. He has built operational infrastructures from inception and led cross-functional teams through complex organizational change.
