Creseida serves as Kimbrough Legal’s Talent and Culture Manager, bringing a thoughtful blend of strategic human resources leadership and genuine care for people. As an experienced Human Resources professional, she is deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive together. Her work focuses on building strong, values-driven workplaces where employees feel supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work. With experience spanning employee relations, HR operations, and talent development, Creseida partners closely with leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals. She approaches HR as both strategy and service, balancing compliance, structure, and operational excellence with empathy, integrity, and a people-first mindset. Throughout her career, Creseida has supported multi-state teams, led onboarding and engagement initiatives, and helped design processes that strengthen culture, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. She believes the foundation of strong HR lies in listening well, communicating clearly, and treating every individual with dignity and respect. Outside of work, Creseida enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves.
