Anuj Tiwari serves as our Director of Operations. Anuj commits to designing and maintaining optimal legal processes to aid our team in providing a stellar client experience. Anuj is a humble and purposeful leader with over 16 years of experience in operations, revenue focused growth strategies and leading high-performing teams. He is known for driving results through servant leadership principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvements and accountability. 

Anuj’s experience in technology, consulting and SMB business environments is uniquely valuable in aligning people, processes, and technology to meet KPIs. He strongly believes in building trust within the teams and with the customers while being agile and mindful. 

Anuj holds a: 

1. MBA from University of Texas, Austin.
2. MS (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Oklahoma, Norman.
3. BE (Mechanical Engineering) from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University at Bhopal, India.

Achievements and Volunteering 

1. Member of HBR Advisory Council – providing insightful feedback to editors, participating in research studies in Strategy and Operations space. 
2. International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) – Engage in mentorship programs.

Personal Life 

1. Loves to spend time with his wife, daughter, and puppy June. 
2. Loves DIY, cooking, and plants – Euphorbias are his soul plants.
