The difference between an uncontested divorce and contested divorce is in an uncontested divorce you and your spouse are already on the same page regarding all important considerations. Y’all have reached at an agreement as it relates to child support, spousal maintenance, as well as the division of property and assets. While in a contested divorce, y’all have not yet reached an agreement.
