Will a DWI stay on my record forever?
Hello, I am Tycha Kimbrough. If you were arrested for a DWI, driving while intoxicated, you may be wondering whether that DWI arrest will be on your record forever. Well, if you're able to get the charges dismissed or if you're acquitted in that situation, you may qualify for an expunction. On the other hand, if your DWI arrest results in a conviction, you may be able to get your record sealed in limited circumstances. So, if this was your first DWI offense, there may be some options for you. Don't hesitate to reach out to my office so we can help you determine if you qualify.
