If you're a part of the LGBTQIA plus community, and you're contemplating a divorce, you may be wondering if your divorce process would be different from a heterosexual couple’s divorce process. In short, no. Logistically, the divorce process would be the same. Unfortunately, in Texas, we have to deal with issues such as bigotry and prejudice.
